Bale Hook

Architectural Antiques - Bale Hook (AAR35)

This bale hook would have been used but a farmer to lift bales of hay or straw. 

I love old farm implements particularly if they can be re-used.  Mounted on a wall this could be used as a hook and I think it would look great in a kitchen used to hang garlic.
