This comfy quilt is just lovely!  It is totally reversible and each side is a mirror image of the other with the paisley pattern and pink forming a diamond pattern and border.  The measurements are 82 inches by 66 inches.

I can only describe the plain pink colour as similar to germolene.  The paisley fabric pattern consists of paisley swirls, yellow and red roses and green leaves.

The quilt is in good condition.  However, on very close inspection I have noticed three holes on the paisley centre diamond (see photos 4 and 5).  As these appear within the paisley pattern they are difficult to notice until pointed out and you know they are there.  There is also one tiny mark about the size of a small pea in the centre of the pink diamond but this may wash out.

Some people prefer comfy quilts to eiderdowns as they are lighter and, of course, anyone with an allergy to feathers could use one of these and still achieve that authentic vintage look.
