Kitchenalia - Chocolate Mould
This is a very unusual item - A French chocolate mould in the shape of a duck (or should I say canard?) Made of aluminium the mould measures 19 cms x 8.5 cms. and is hinged in the middle. As can be seen in the photographs this mould has probably been used and the marks on the outer edges are from where a clamp has been used to hold it together until the chocolate has set.
This item is perfectly usable or would look good displayed in a 'French country kitchen'.
