Antique Linens - French Linen Metis Monogrammed Sheet (LS91)
This beautiful sheet measures 77 inches width by 120 inches length. This longer length is so that the monogrammed edge could be turned back on display. This would have been a dowry sheet and I believe the initials in the monogram to be 'T P' but am not entirely sure. Of course you don't have to have these intitials yourself, the pattern the monogram forms is pretty in itself.
This sheet is in excellent condition and has been recently laundered so is beautifully clean, ready for use. This would look so lovely in a guest bedroom and would make your guests fell that extra special to be sleeping underneath such beautiful linen!
I can see no marks, stains, mends or tears etc. The sheet is very heavy (weighing 2.3 kgs), hence the postage cost.
