Kitchenalia - French Storage Jars
This set comprises the usual 5 jars - Sucre, Farine, Cafe, The and Poivre (sugar, flour, coffee, tea and pepper). The largest (Sucre) measures 5.5 inches height and the diameter is 4.5 inches by 3.25 inches (oval shaped). The smallest (Poivre) measures 3.5 inches height and 2.5 inches by 2 inches diameter. Each fits inside the larger jar.
The pattern on the top of each jar is a green background with orange, yellow and blue fruit depicted. There is a gilded pattern below the wording on each jar.
Although these were made for the French market, they were, in fact, made in Czechoslovakia. The Farine, Cafe and Poivre jars are in good condition but unfortunately the Sucre and The jars are cracked. However they do still make a good display all together and it is fortunate to find all five from a matching set.
