Potato Ricer (Tala)

Kitchenalia - Potato Ricer

Made by Tala, this potato ricer dates from the 1940s.  The device evolved in the 1890s for producing rice like grains of cooked potato. 

The total length of the utensil is 11 inches and the height and diameter of the detachable ricer are both  3.5 inches.  It is in very good condition and marked 'Tala Made in England'.
