Terms and Conditions
To Order from OhSoVintage
The easiest and quickest way to order is online using the easy shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch via Paypal. Alternatively, you can send a cheque made payable to R Tapping. Once the cheque has cleared your goods will be despatched.
Please note that if you buy more than one item and they can be combined into one parcel we will reduce postage costs accordingly. Please email us for a quote.
Delivery
We aim to despatch goods to you as soon as payment is received. We use recycled materials for packaging as much as possible.
Returns
We endeavour to describe an item as accurately as possible but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within seven days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund your return postage costs unless we have misdescribed the item or it is damaged. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting when returning the item. If an item is received damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
